By accessing or using the services provided by 77x Web Services ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
77x Web Services provides web design, web development, hosting, and related digital services. The specific services, deliverables, and pricing will be outlined in individual project proposals or service agreements.
Each project begins with a proposal outlining scope, timeline, and pricing. Work commences upon written acceptance and receipt of the required deposit.

Our packages include a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the included amount will be billed at our standard hourly rate.
A deposit of 50% is required before project commencement. The remaining balance is due upon project completion, prior to final file delivery or website launch.
Hosting fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. Services may be suspended for non-payment after a 7-day grace period.
Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month on outstanding balances. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts more than 30 days past due.
You retain ownership of all content, images, and materials you provide. You grant us a license to use these materials solely for completing your project.
Upon full payment, you receive ownership of custom-designed elements created specifically for your project. We retain the right to use work samples in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Some projects may include licensed third-party assets (fonts, images, plugins). These remain subject to their respective license terms.
We warrant that services will be performed professionally and in accordance with industry standards. We provide a 30-day warranty period for bug fixes related to our work.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee specific business results, search engine rankings, or traffic increases.
Hosted websites must not contain illegal content, malware, or materials that violate third-party rights. We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating this policy.
We perform regular backups but recommend clients maintain independent backups. We are not liable for data loss beyond our backup retention period.
We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Deposits are non-refundable. Additional fees may apply based on work completed.
Hosting services may be cancelled with 30 days notice. No refunds for unused portions of prepaid periods.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of our engagement. This obligation survives termination of services.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
